The Moora Hay Bales Music Project and Festival is a vibrant celebration of community and creativity. Over the past six months, the program, directed by Helen Kruger, has brought together hundreds of students from Moora Primary School, Miling Primary School, and Saint Joseph’s Primary School on a shared musical journey, in collaboration with the Massed Choir Festival.

Alongside this schools program supported by Lotterywest, Australian Baroque has also delivered over 50 workshops, mentoring local musicians and bands.

The result is a dynamic, community-driven festival that showcases local talent and highlights the power of music to bring people together.

The concert on May 2nd includes a wonderful program of classical, romantic, rock, pop and soul, where Moora locals are joined on stage by Australian Baroque, conducted by multi-instrumentalist and composer Brian Kruger.
